Description:
The kitchen is in an old renovated house in downtown Grove City that has in the past been used as a restaurant. The building is a commercial building that is able to be shared. We are renting office space to various tenants. There is a shared common areas, that includes the bathroom and reception area. I would like to lease the kitchen to one person if possible or someone who would like to run their own use/lease business possibly. There is signage on Broadway for all of the tenants occupying the business.
The kitchen has a commercial 4 burner gas stove and oven, hood, 3 basin sink and grease trap, separate sink, dishwasher, 5 sheet commercial stove, washer, dryer facility, prep tables and shelving.
