Description:
We have a bakery in Levittown located on Hempstead Tpke. There is space here that could be used by another caterer or baker/cake designer. The space available is approximately 500 sq. ft., though that would be negotiable. The total space available is much more than that. We've got all the permits etc., and utilities such as electricity, gas and trash. Commercial restaurant equipment, as listed below, would be included as well.
We're looking for a small team, upto 3 individuals or so, and who would be courteous and willing to share space. I'd be open to monthly rent, on a month-to-month basis, ranging in $1,000 to $2,000, depending on usage requested. I'd also be open to a daily or weekly basis, which can be negotiated.

Double stacked two-door Blodgett convection oven
Fryer
6-burner range with oven
Somerset 30" fondant sheeter
Reach-in fridge
Chest freezer
Other equipment like walk-ins whose usage can be rented separately.
