Rental Rates Range from $10-$16 per hour. Must be able to share sometimes randomly with another renter.
You must have business insurance and be able to attach the rental property to your policy at a fee. Rates from insurers usually run a couple hundred dollars for the year.
You must also sign a rental agreement.
You must rent at least four hours a week.
