Your food business will automatically have customers as soon as the doors open. Plus you can name your business anything you choose and put up signage as well. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial deep fryer, flat top, grill, walk-in refrigerator, double door freezer, dishwasher, separate restroom and entrance. Originally designed for a steak restaurant, the building is 5000+ sq. ft. and there is over 1000 sq. ft. of kitchen space with plenty of room for prepping. Your business will stock and operate the kitchen. The bar and lounge will take the orders and deliver the food. The POS has a kitchen screen that will list your food orders as soon as they are entered by the bar and lounge staff. You’ll wash dishes and utensils associated with food and the bar will wash the beverage glasses at the bar. You Pay: $2,000/month for rent plus utilities of around $750/month. Your Health department license is approximately $850 and your basic hood, fire extinguishers, and equipment maintenance should be around $1,000 annually. All food and supplies associated with the kitchen and any signage or marketing of your business. We Pay: Building Insurance for the entire building, maintenance of the grounds, outside and inside of the building (excluding the kitchen), wages for servers, POS system and accounting costs for food sales.
