Description:
A primary goal of the Mercado San Agustín is to foster small business growth. The Gadsden Company, LLC's shared use commercial kitchen will be a fully licensed and equipped facility. This will be the perfect stage for any emerging caterer, vendor, packager, or special event coordinator to safely and legally produce their tasty creations at an affordable hourly rate.
Located within the Mercado San Agustín, the gorgeous 1,300 square foot kitchen is equipped with up to 12 burners, 3 commercial grade ovens, plenty of preparation and packaging room, two steam trays, two chilled sandwich tables, and tons of refrigerator/freezer/dry storage space available to make your business thrive.
The shared use kitchen will be within the Mercado San Agustín at 100 S. Avenida del Convento. The Mercado's brick courtyard brings back Tucson's old world design and feel. The entire building will become a backdrop to a whole variety of culinary festivals, displays, and shows.
