Small certified commercial kitchen space available for catering, canning parties, and direct sales of products (Oregon Dept. of Agriculture will not allow us to use our kitchen for wholesale production due to the age of our building - a historic landmark).
Kitchen includes 20 qt. commercial mixer, commercial convection oven, electric range, dry storage space and limited freezer and refrigeration space.
For long-term rentals, sub-tenant would need to have a health inspection performed under their respective business license. Single time rentals are negotiable (for liability purposes). Call or email for rates and scheduling.
