Description: Commercial kitchen in our basement that we built in June 2011 to help us with our maple products. Right now we have a convection oven, full size fridge, 3 bay sink, 2 burner stove and kitchen aid mixer. We are working on getting more industrial equipment; including a 20-60qt mixer.
