A new, shared kitchen space for food manufactures in Southern Oregon is opening January 2011. We have a fully equipped, certified, commercial kitchen available for hourly rental, seven days a week. We are currently accepting applications. In addition to prep, baking/cooking space and storage options, we offer packaging design, product photography, bulk supply ordering and lots of information on starting a food product business.
