A primary goal of the Mercado San Agustin was to incorporate a small business entrepreneur program to our model. The Gadsden Company, LLC’s shared use commercial kitchen will be a fully licensed and fantastically equipped facility. This will be the perfect stage for any emerging caterer, vendor, packager, or special event coordinator to safely and legally produce their tasty creations at an affordable hourly rate.
Located within the Mercado San Agustin, the gorgeous 1,300 square foot kitchen is fantastically equipped with up to 12 burners, 3 commercial grade ovens, plenty of preparation and packaging room, two steam trays, two chilled sandwich tables, and tons of refrigerator/freezer space available to make your business thrive.
The shared use kitchen will be within the Mercado San Agustin at 100 S. Avenida del Convento. The Mercado's two fountains, and laid brick courtyard brings back Tucson's old world design and feel. We hope that the entire building becomes a backdrop to a whole variety of culinary festivals, displays, and shows.
