When you rent this shared space you will have sole access during your blocked time. This is to ensure you have adequate space and privacy while conducting your business.
Pricing:
Commercial Kitchen Rental, a min of 4 hours required to rent the space.
$40 per hour during the day 7a - 7p
$25 per hour during the night 7p - 7a
Banquet Hall Rental
Monday - Thursday = $450 for 6 hours, additional hours are $50 per hour
Friday - Sunday = $650 for 6 hours, additional hours are $75 per hour
Kitchen & Banquet Hall Combo
Monday - Thursday = $600 for 6 hours, additional hours are $60 per hour
Friday - Sunday = $775 for 6 hours, additional hours are $85 per hour
If your event is serving alcohol there needs to be a Law Officer hired on site for the duration of the event.
There is a $500 security deposit for both the commercial kitchen & banquet space that is fully refundable after your time slot is complete. The space should be cleaned & set exactly like you found it and if there are any damages to the equipment you are held fully responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of said equipment. The deposit will be returned immediately after inspection of your rented space.
