Nic & Luc Scratch Kitchen and Commissary, a commercial kitchen located in Longwood, is now accepting applications for new members. This fully licensed, 800-square foot work space contains all new kitchen equipment, such as a 6-burner range with conventional oven, full sized convection oven, griddle, char-broiler, stand mixer, dry storage, pots, pans, utensils and more.
