About the Kitchen
Space available starting 1st week of March. Asking for a six-month lease.
Rate: $20/hour with minimum 25 hours per week commitment
OR
$2,000/month for 36 hours per week (breaks down to $13.88 per hour!)
5% discount for vegan businesses (breaks down to $13.19 per hour!)
Day and overnight shifts available!
Great location in NE Portland’s Cully neighborhood! Minutes from the Hayden Meadows Smart Foodservice and Restaurant Depot, as well as I-5 and I-205.
Share space with one other group. Access to half the storage space, including commercial fridge, commercial freezer, and a full-size metro rack as well as additional storage opportunities!
New System service set up for kitchen towels, toiletries, etc.

Double convection oven
6-burner gas range
Commercial dishwasher
Full-size deep fryer that is dedicated vegan
3-door commercial refrigerator
3-door commercial freezer
Easy to clean stainless steel and butcher block surfaces!
Bring your own cambros, bowls, tools, etc. and set up shop with us!
About You
Gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan. Space is great for a small baker or producer!
Committed to following Covid-19 precautions—cloth masks must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times when you’re in the building! Only one tenant/tenant group is allowed in the building at any given time.
A stickler for cleanliness.
Can commit to minimum 25 hours per week. Schedule is flexible at the moment but we do ask you stick to those hours once they’ve been agreed on.
