DESCRIPTION:
3,000 square ft. full equipped commercial kitchen located in Irvine and right next to the SNA airport.
Renters will have full use of the kitchen available and can rent the kitchen by the hour or monthly to produce food while fulfilling regulatory compliance. We have ton of prep space, multiple sinks, walk-in fridge and walk-in freezer available for use with the rental. Perfect for meal prepping, baking, etc.!
Additionally, we can provide a pickup area for customers to pick up food during certain time frame if needed!
AVAILABLE HOURS:
Saturday & Sunday: ALL DAY
Monday - Friday: 2PM-6AM
Rent starts at $45/hr and goes up to $75/hr depending on space and equipment usage. Dry/cold/freezer storage is extra. Minimum 4 hours required for hourly bookings. Monthly rental is preferred and is offered at preferred rates depending on hours, space and equipment usage, and storage.
