I Need to rent a commercial kitchen.

I produce sauces for the purpose of cooking with as well as for use as a condiment. My sauces are spicy and sweet and a combination of both soicy and sweet

I will be using my Ninja blender for the spicy sauce and they do not require any cooking.

My fruit preseves does require minimal cooking.

My labels will be stick and peel and heat shrink wrapped.

I will require a few hours for my trial batch, and hopefully if it sells well, I may require more time.

And, my containers for the sauces are air tight and I will heat wrap the top
