I am a caterer and needed a kitchen with state of the art utilities. I contacted Dave and he gave me a reasonable price for the amount of time I needed it. He provided all the information that I needed. The kitchen was amazing! It had all the things I needed and was very spacious. I would definitely rent from Dave again.
