We worked with the company for 6 months, with David Salzman being the manager of BLD Investments LLC (the actual company behind the scenes). He is very timely and prompt in demanding money from you on every occasion, but don't expect to get back your security deposit in the end. We never even once used their kitchen after the contract, and they not only charged us for the full 6 months (and even $69 more than that), but also didn't return the security deposit. While we were not using the kitchen during our contract, he rented our time slots without even asking us, to earn twice from the same time slot. When we realized this after two months, he first tried to bully us with some legal terms, which we didn't accept. So he apologized and promised to do us any favor we ask for, but he didn't keep his word and in the end, his behavior was like I'm in power, I have your security deposit and I do whatever I want want with it, you can't do anything. I have all his emails in case someone needs proof of how irresponsible and immoral they are.
