Prep Room as sub-lease available, 7-10 days/month

We have a 200 sqft prep kitchen to share, no ovens or any other equipment is in the room. 3-comp-sinks + dishwasher are outside the room (just steps).

We're packing baking mixes. So, at best you're packing dry ingredients like spices, rubs, tea or similar.

Minimum are 7 days to max. 10 days / month, means $700 - $1,000 / month.
Fix sub-lease for a minimum of 6 month.
Utilities are included for a normal use; excessive consumption will be charged.
 

What you get:

• 7-10 days alone in the prep kitchen
• work table 30"x60" and 18"x48"
• 24/7 access
• optional dry, cold and freezer space for a fee from the landlord
• loading dock with staff (very helpful!)
• large separate packing rooms (6-8 hrs included)
• separate equipped kitchen for a small hourly rent (as a test kitchen)
• parking space for a fee, when available

What you need:

• LA County Business License for Retail (sorry, no Wholesale!)
• CA Food Manager Certification
• ( valid Health Permit )
• Liability Insurance 
• Deposit $1,000
