Perfect for depart of Ag regulated food businesses, mobile vendors, online businesses, bakers, candy makers, vegan/raw food preparation etc. Pay by the hour or a set monthly rate based on usage. The following is included with your rate: an assigned workspace, electricity, water, pest control, security system, waste removal, dry storage during your rental time, linens, aprons, cleaning supplies, limited paper supplies, small wares, refrigeration/freezer space during your rental time and equipment usage. Current available equipment: warewashing station, convection oven, ice machine, induction cooktop, kitchen aid mixer, 25 qt floor mixer, 30 qt floor mixer and a dough roller. Additional equipment will be added shortly.
