Commissary / commerical kitchen needed for concession trailer

I am looking for a restaurant / commercial kitchen to act as my commissary to satisfy the Health Dept. requirements for a mobile food vendor for TUCSON ARIZONA.
Basically I need some shelf space in a refrigerated area, as well as a dry storage area. Will need limited use of sink to get water from, as well as a drain to dump our dirty water. We need use of cooking options.
I want to rent on a month basis.
Will be in there approx maybe 3 hours a week.
If you can't assist, any leads would be appreciated.
