I am the Owner/Executive Chef of Sweetgrass Barbecue and Bouchon Catering and Personal Chef Services. I am searching for a kitchen in which I can rent by the hour or by the day to prepare for Barbecue Competitions (offsite), Make and Bottle Sauces (onsite), Store Dry Goods (onsite), Store Perishable Goods (onsite). These are two start up companies, and I cannot afford to launch a full commercial kitchen at this point. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
