Hi everyone! My name is Dorothea Donelan-Avery and I am excited to announce the opening of our shared commercial kitchen space called Bowline Creative Kitchen located in Westport, CT. It caters to culinary entrepreneurs and creatives who are looking for a space to operate their food business. It is fully licensed by the Aspetuck Health District which allows for businesses to start cooking and operating immediately without all the stress and hassle of getting it up and running. We also work with our clients to grow their operation with local alliances we have with WBDC, the Westport Farmers Market and other local affinity groups.
