Cake Baker Space Needed

Hi, I am searching for a catering kitchen that is willing to share some space with a wedding cake baker. I would be interested in occupying a space full time with a 6 month minimum lease. I would need dry and cold storage, 24 hr access, and access to ovens/microwave/stove (I can bring my own mixers). Please let me know if space is available and what the costs would be.
