Launching a food-based business can be challenging, a process containing many regulations and ample start-up costs. At Catapult, our goal is to make this process easier and reduce barriers to entry for companies in the culinary world.
We have a monthly minimum of 20 hours.
Our kitchen space is limited, so we use an interview process to vet potential members. Please reach out to us for more information.
• $15.00 per hour for kitchen usage
• $7.50 per hour for off-peak kitchen usage (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)
• 20-hour monthly minimum ($300.00 minimum per month)
