cold brew coffee,tea, production space needed

i make prebrewed cold brewed espresso and tea, for mail order, a clean safe and simple clean process with coffee, tea and water

looking for small commerical kitchen 200-400 ft ( think food truck sized) commercial production space, will need a space for one or more conventional wire racks space for food storage, between sessions, water source and dishwasher to meet code.

can use it in only evenings 8pm probably 5 days a week with 1-2 people. prefer to be near west Hollywood
