Baking/ Raw Prep Kitchen This space contains a double stack electric convection oven, 20 qt Stand Mixer, Induction burner, double width reach in refrigerator, 3 bin sink & hand wash sink, 3 60x30 prep tables, and assorted small kitchen wares (pots, pans, mixing bowls, whole, half, quarter sheet pans, cutting boards, colanders, grater, spoons, spatulas, whisks, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, 1 speed rack) There is a restroom and cleaning closet on this level as well. Access to additional dry and refrigerated storage is located in the downstairs kitchen area.
Availability
$18/hour, 15 hour minimum per month

Culinary Kitchen 2  Kitchen 2 is located on the lower level of the retail space. Kitchen 2 and Kitchen 3 share a 1200 sq ft open space. Kitchen 2 contains dedicated appliances including a 24-inch char broiler, 6 burner range, and the lower single convection oven with 5 racks, and 7 prep tables. In addition there is a dedicated sink bay containing a single bin prep sink, hand wash sink, and a 3 bin wash sink, and assorted small kitchen wares (mixing bowls, whole, half, quarter sheet pans, sauté pans, sauce pans, braiser, stock pot, hotel pans, 2 speed racks, cutting boards, colanders, grater, assorted spatulas ( metal and rubber), whisk, ladles, slotted spoons, spoons, tongs, Measuring cups and spoons, can openers . There is a cleaning closet, restroom, dry and refrigerated storage area in an 850 sq ft area on the same level.
