Are you a small baker, candy maker, beverage maker or anyone specializing in manufacturing sweet products? And are you looking to expand, or find a better place to work and make your products? We are a candy kitchen/shop in South San Jose, looking for a creative, hardworking individual to share our space. Our kitchen has A/C, which is good for doing sweet items that require a controlled environment (we also have a dehumidifier if necessary), perfect for making what you need without hurting your product with excessive heat and humidity.

1000 sq. ft space
Two traditional ovens
One convection oven
Walk-in refrigerator
6-burner stove
Electrical around the room, good for mixers
Plenty of table and storage space
Temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled environment (we have A/C and a de-humidifier)
Space is available now. First/last rent is due on the first of the month. Hourly rate starts at $27/hour, with the base price of $432/month (16 hours per month). If you are going to rent with substantially more hours per month, the hourly rate will go down. Rent includes storage in proportion to how many hours you rent.
VERY IMPORTANT: More information will be given after you send your initial email. We are looking for a long-term renter(s) with an established business and customer base, not just month-to-month. We have mornings available until 10 am all week, and all day on Saturday and Sunday, which is perfect for those who do events or farmers markets. More time is negotiable, of course. If you are NOT a food manufacturer who uses sweet ingredients only, we do have space available, but on a case-by-case basis.
