We operate a 7K square foot climate controlled facility in Ventura. About half of the facility is commercial kitchen space and the rest is storage and office space. We are looking for tenants who can fill at least one day a week (preferably more). The facility is organic and vegan certified. It is also a gluten free facility and has plenty of 3 phase power access. Our space is best suited for those looking to manufacture products. It's not as suitable for caterers and food prep companies unless the concept is very simple. We do not have burners or allow open flames, but we have a very large Revent oven that fits 2 speed racks at a time. In addition to the kitchen rentals, we rent storage space for food and supplies. We have a forklift and offer assistance with receiving/shipping products as well. We also have a small fulfillment area that we rent with tables, scales, printers, etc.
OFFICE SPACE available for rent, separately or in addition to, the commercial kitchen space.
We are just opening this space up to more tenants, so we currently have availability for a tenant on any day of the week except Sundays.
