We have a fully certified and health department approved commercial kitchen in the basement of our home. The basement is a walkout, so the kitchen has windows and an exterior door so that you don’t feel like you are in a dungeon. The exterior door allows for the kitchen to have its own access without you getting that awkward feeling of walking though someone’s house to get to your work space. Our bakery name is Home Sweet Home Bakery. We specialize in cakes and also gluten free baking of all kinds. Our house is in Burlington, CT. The kitchen has two commercial grade large fridge and freezer, microwave, two convection ovens, three bay sink, hand sink, 10 qrt mixer, bakery rack, etc. The kitchen also has its own separate bathroom within the kitchen for private use by the renters. The kitchen is keep clean, organized, and there is storage space. We are flexible with the rental terms (short term or long term).
