Meal assembly store located in Reston, VA. Not fully utilizing kitchen. Looking for someone to rent space during off hours (early morning, occassional nights, Saturday afternoon/evening, Sunday all day. Already have 1 or 2 occasional renters. Kitchen has: prep tables, full size convection oven, 20 quart mixer, microwave, countertop convection oven, 6 burner gas stove. Seperate refrigeration space available to rent overnight. Requires health department and county licensing, insurance, fairfax county CFM card, etc.
