First Lutheran Church in Midtown Houston has a brand new boutique baking kitchen that will have available hours starting June 1, 2023. We are open to exclusive use or shared use. The more hours, the better. The stove has four burners, we have a double stack South Bend convection oven, all sinks, flooring, and vent hood are brand new. There is a work table provided as well as sheling. A brand new walk-in cooler is also part of the kitchen. This is ideal for a baker. I will not have a deep fryer or much interest in a lot of frying given other building usage. A baker is currently in the space. Some of the equipment (the sheeter and mixer for example) will be gone. So for now, use a little imagination! Thank you for your interest. The hours are 9 am - 9 pm or perhaps other hours. I am not able to adjust the hours on the listing and I incorrectly put 6am-9am! Just let me know what is needed.
