34th - 40th Ave. (north-south)
Vernon Ave. to 21st. St. (east-west)

A few blocks out in either direction would be acceptable.

Requirements:

• Estimated 2,000 sq. ft +/- required
• Ground floor with easy access (for food delivery transit)
• Availability ASAP - 2 months from now
• Kitchen equipment needs: 60 quart Hobart mixer, deck oven, 6 burner range, pasta cooking machine, prep tables, 3 compartment sink, double door convection oven, and 4-5 refrigerators.
