Looking for Comm Kitchen time
I'm searching for a legal, inspected commercial kitchen in the western Chicago suburbs where I can bake 2x/wk or so. Bake times would usually fall between 2a to 7:30a. I'm fully insured and have sanitation license. At this time I don't require on-site storage. If you have a kitchen with 1-2 lg ovens and would like to provide this oppty for a trustworthy baker, then please let me know!
