- Hobart 24 qt mixer
- All smallwares and metals
Kitchen and on-site equipment is being licensed as-is. This is a functional kitchen, not a public access, photo or client ready space.
Commercial street parking is available at your own expense.
Tenant to supply their own:
- Uniforms
- Dishwasher/Porter
- Kitchen Supplies/Paper/Plastic/Foil/etc.
Monthly license fee negotiable, but includes:
- Gas/Electricity/Water
- Wifi Access
- Trash and recycling pick up ( on specified days only)
- Commercial dishwasher maintenance and supplies
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Dry and cold storage negotiable.
License Fee, Term Length and further arrangements negotiable.
(Short term license may be at certain times of year)
Tenant to provide:
- COI of appropriate commercial insurance
- A holder of a NYC food handler’s certificate must be present at all times that the kitchen is in use by tenant for any food production or handling
- A deposit based on the terms of license duration.
- Signed and notarized license agreement
