We are a French Coffee Shop in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
We operate 7am to 4pm daily.
We occupy 400 sq ft, our space consist of
- dining area on the ground floor
- basement for prep work and storage.
Equipment available: crepe maker, espresso machine
We are looking for either;
- a subtenant to use our space permanently for $2,500 per month (includes power) or
- a renter who needs to use our space on a "per need basis" for a daily rate of $100-$200 (depending on the hours per day)
