Pastry Chef in Search of Kitchen Rental

Hello, I am a pastry chef looking to start up my baking & contracting business. I have wholesale business proposals for bulk orders of breads and pastries, and I would also like to be able to produce foods to sell at local markets as well. I am need of ovens, as well as prep areas, walk ins, and some stove top production. I can provide my own tools, bowls, pots, pans, and small appliances, but would be interested in use of a floor mixer if available. I may be in a need of commissary food storage as well.
