I have two kitchens one is a brand new development in Santa Barbara Goleta the kitchen is around 600 square feet with brand new equipment. I have a smaller location in State street around 300 square feet. The Goleta location has a large island for preparation small or big. I have double ovens blenders etc for use as well. I am willing to look at what hours you need and possible work around them my main cook is flexible so we could work something out. We are open all week. The walk fridge has space as well if needed to keep your produce etc.
