Seeking Private Commissary to Sublet

Hello,

I own a very small coffee cart built on a bicycle platform. It is approximately 6'x3' and we're looking for a health department approved place to store it. Ideally we need a space that is permitted as a "commissary". A commercial kitchen might also work, but we would need to also have it permitted as a private commissary. We would pay to carry the additional permit of course. Easy additional monthly income for someone that already has commercial kitchen or commissary space and is willing to sublease a very small part of it.
