Small first time catering business looking to rent commercial kitchen (West Los Angeles/Culver City/Santa Monica/Venice)

Will be prepping and packaging freshly made foods for our local farmer's market. We are looking for two-three days a week (16+ hours), Friday-Sunday to start, more days later to expand. Most of our package foods are raw vegetables (VEGAN - NO MEAT) though will need to be roasted and/or oven dried. Normal and/or after hours okay.

Here's the dream aka what we're looking for:

Day 1 (8+ hrs)
• Walk-in/fridge space to store fresh raw produce.
• 8+ hour day to prep (roast, oven dry, marinate).
• Walk-in/fridge space to store finished prepped produce.
• MUST HAVE OVEN/GRILL ON SITE.

Day 2 (8+ hrs)
• 8+ hour day to create and package food.
• Walk-in/fridge space to store packaged food.
• Walk-in/freezer space to store coolers/chill containers.
• MUST HAVE ICE MAKER ON SITE.

Day 3 (30 min. - 1 hr.)
• Early morning pick up to deliver/sell at farmer's market.
