Small Footprint Producer Looking For Kitchen Space
I am interested in a commercial kitchen rental within in an hour drive of Breckenridge. I am have a small-batch granola company. One or two days per week to start, and no more than three hours at a time. I will only need a speed rack, one deck oven, a 6-foot table, and a dish sink. I'd be happy to share the time allowed with other pros as most likely I will not be using most of the equipment and very little space.
