Swift Commercial Kitchens is part of a group of 9 commercial kitchens setup for small and medium size food business operators, food trucks, catering businesses, bakers, commisarry kitchens, virtual restaurants, etc. The kithens at Swift are part of a an 80,000 square foot commercial and community campus in Hartford's North East Neighborhood. The campus will host market series throughout the year on site as a vending opporutnity, as well as a digital food hall and menu for other on-site tenants and the public. Kitchen tenants will also have access to our shared kitchen facility as an ammenity to leverage a variety of different equipment that will reside there. The kitchens have the following features.
