Toffee Company Looking for Commercial Kitchen

Hi! I have a startup English toffee company in Corona, CA and I am interested in renting commercial kitchen space. I think a donut shop would be ideal. I still work and commute full time so I cook at night. A donut shop could make money in its off hours. All I need is a gas stove and some stainless-steel table space from which to work.I can bring my own pans, bins, etc. It would be nice if I could get a shelf or two of dry storage and space in the walkin for butter and chocolate. I have extensive restaurant experience and would abide by all food facility laws and clean up after myself. I'd really like the opportunity to ship my product sooner rather than later and cannot do that in a cottage kitchen. Also, the toffee is delicious and would make an amazing donut or ice cream topping. You could have my excess for free. I am already making additional products such as chocolate/toffee pretzels and will be experimenting with other items.
