We have space available for your small food business in a brand new commissary kitchen in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle. WE ARE VERY CLEAN. Plenty of dry storage and walk-in space. Shared use of 6-burner range, 2 induction burners, grill, four ovens, ice machine, new tall-chamber dishwasher, plus all the required sinks … Limited office space available. We have a pallet jack and both dock height and ground level loading docks.
Several tenants are currently licensed by Department of Agriculture and King County Health. Currently no freezer space available, but there is space to bring in your own. And plenty of electricity (including 3-phase) for your specialized equipment needs. No deep frying allowed on the property.
We don’t have a standard price list: just tell us a little about your business and schedule plus your space and utilities requirements and we work out tailored pricing for each tenant.
