We have a food large production facility made to handle high volume catering orders, meal prep, grilling, baking and cooking. We have a rack oven that can hold 30 sheet trays by hobart, in the same room we have sinks, and enough space for 12 prep tables. In another room we are installing a 12 foot hood with griddle, charbroiler, more ovens, and fryer.
The center of the main room has two 5 ton AC units which can be used to make the main room into a cold packaging room.
We have 5,000 square feet of space including a loading dock with roll up doors and tons of pallet space.
We have several empty rooms which can be used for tastings, chocolate room, or anything else.
