Bakery kitchen needed

Hello! I started my bakery & to continue the growth of my business I need a commercial kitchen. I am food safe certified.
To efficiently utilize our kitchen time, I definitely need a kitchen with a convection oven & a Hobart mixer. Storage would be great. Hours; starting with 8 hours per week and once my busy season starts I would most likely need to increase the usage hours.
What do I bake; layer cakes, cupcakes, etc. I prefer the Downtown LA area. Trying to keep my drive time to a minimum. Thanks!
