Brand New Commercial Kitchen Space for Rent

We are seeking applicants interested in subleasing our brand-new commercial kitchen.

The space is staged to accommodate various processes, including artisan baking, food manufacturers, catering and more, with over 1,800 sq. ft. of production space (2,600 sq. ft total).

Facility and services provided shall include, but not be limited to, use of kitchen and all brand new equipment located in the production space; walk-in, freezer, individual storage areas; preparation space and meeting room; loading dock; break room and bathroom. 

Please note that your company must have a ServSafe certification, a Rhode Island food processing or wholesale license, and liability insurance.

Sublessees' may need to provide required utensils, tools, supplies or other specialized equipment.

Time slots available to rent: Sunday 10pm-6am, Monday 10pm-6am, Tuesday 10pm-6am, Wednesday 3pm-12am, Thursday 12am-6am / 6am-12am, Friday 12am-6am / 6am-12am, Saturday 12am-6am 

Hourly rates are competitive and TBD depending on commitment. Please contact us for further information.
