Chef/ Proprietor

hello, I just started catering at a new location in Orange ca. Im not needing a kitchen full time. We just opened up at the new location, So business will be slow until we start booking parties. I will need a area to store dry good and pots and pans. I will also need refrigeration space and freezer space. i can also work around your hours of operation. Most of our events are on weekends, Mostly Saturdays. For prep and on day events, It will be myself and one more kitchen employee. I have insurance and food certificate.
