The kitchen is equiped with 2 ovens, 8 burner stoves, all the sinks required by the health departmet, such as prep, 3 compartment, etc.
We have refrigeration, but if you want to bring your own we do have space
Plenty of room for storage racks, fridge, food tasting area, etc.
Availble day shift and night shift.
