Do you have a small food business you are looking to build and need a commercial kitchen to make your product?
Are you looking to host or cater an event - wedding, baby shower, retirement party or other gathering - and prepare food for your guests?
Do you love to bake and sell your delicious goodies at the farmer's market, online, bakeries or among friends and familiy?
We have a fully licensed commercial kitchen for all your cooking needs. In addition to the commercial kitchen prep space, ovens, warmer/braiser, kitchen equipment (pots, pans, sheet pans, utensils, etc), microwave, we provide cleaning and sanitizing supplies. A shelf for storage may also be provided to you, if you need. Let us know!
At this time, we do not have cold storage (refrigerator or freezer) available.
If you feel like our kitchen is a good fit for your needs, we will ask you to create a Client Account on The Food Corridor.
Pricing
$25/hour. Rentals take place in 4-hour blocks or more.
$200/month - for Food Trucks who need to list a commissary kitchen per county requirements.
Required Documents
Business license (or proof of nonprofit status), certificate of liability insurance, and respective food service county permits are required to rent the kitchen.
