Summit Kitchen is Ventura County’s number one commercial kitchen rental facility. A shared – use facility, for those entrepreneurs involved in the food preparation business. Our kitchen allows producers of specialty and/or gourmet food items, caterers, bakers, cooking teachers, private chefs, fundraisers, community groups and private citizens an opportunity to prepare their food products in a fully licensed and certified kitchen. The kitchen offers over 1600 square feet of actual food preparation space as well as dry storage, warehouse and walk-in storage. The facility has recently been upgraded with new appliances and equipment. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
