Our kitchen is centrally located in Lower Queen Anne with a curbside loading zone in the front and loading dock in the rear. Spacious and clean, newly remodeled with mostly new equipment. Approved and licensed by the Public Health Department of Seattle and King County and the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
Equipment includes:
ALL NEW Imperial six burner gas range and oven, 2x convection ovens, 40 lb. fryer, Lolo 36" charbroiler / grill, ADS commercial dishwasher, 7 and 8ft stainless steel prep tables, wire storage shelving, and Everest reach-in freezer. Walk-in refrigerator, 20 qt mixer, a few blenders, and "the Lexus of extraction hoods".
We have room to add any specific equipment you may need, or if you have something of your own that you want to bring in we can accommodate that as well.
Meeting/tasting area, potential office space.
We offer a clean professional work environment and competitive rates. Plenty of available storage space. Easy access to resupply your food truck or load your delivery vehicle, as well as receive deliveries from suppliers. There's also a fancy grocery store kitty-corner from us for those emergency last minute ingredient runs.
We welcome caterers, private chefs, bakers, sandwich, condiment, and juice makers, micro-apartment dwellers, and everyone in-between. If you do not see your needs represented, let us know what we can do to suit your unique needs.
